We are not qualified and do not state anywhere on the site that we are qualified to provide any medical advice around food, fitness or focus (mental health, wellbeing). Also, our recipes do not take into account any of your individual dietary requirements/limitations, so please be aware of your dietary requirements before consuming any of our recipes and

Any advice, tips or recommendations that are shared within the ‘Groups & Challenges’ section, the ‘Community Chat’, or other spaces wherein members interact with one another, should not be taken as fact. Make sure you are modifying any exercises involving jumping or instability too, we would always advise that you speak with a women’s health physio yourself, as everyone is different! Even if you’ve been exercising regularly up to
this point, keep in mind that you might have to reduce the intensity during pregnancy. It’s important to know you are doing safe pregnancy workouts, which means taking some precautions to ensure both you and your baby are happy and healthy.
This Website provides online food, fitness and mindfulness programmes which are purchased through an annual recurring subscription. These terms will apply to all users (“you”) of the Website and all purchasers/members. By using the Website, or by purchasing our subscriptions,
you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please note that these Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time.
Notification of any changes will be made by us posting new terms onto the Website. In continuing to use the Website you confirm that you accept the then current Terms and Conditions in full at the time you use the Website. If you do not accept the amended Terms and Conditions then you must cancel your registration or subscription and the previous terms will continue to apply pending termination.

You can view our landing page free of charge and are entitled to a 7-day free trial membership, however in order become an annual member, you must purchase an annual membership. The fee payable for your subscription is clearly displayed on the website. Your membership will be an automatic deduction and will continue until you choose to cancel your membership. You must cancel before the date or your next renewal. If you cancel on the day of renewal or
afterwards, you will be charged for another period.

When you register as a member we will ask that you provide certain personal information including but not limited to your name, email address, postal address, and your payment details. Any personal information you provide to us with will be handled in accordance with our Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
On registration you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. If you know or suspect that
someone else knows your password, please change it immediately. You agree that all personal information that you supply to us will be accurate, complete and kept up to date at all times. We may use the information provided to us to contact you.
The membership will need to be cancelled before the renewal date to prevent the renewal from recurring. This can be done by following the instruction online or through our App.
To cancel, please go to Plans and Purchases (https://community.saol-app.com/your-purchases) >Cancel. Your membership will now be showing as stopped and you will receive an email saying it has been cancelled.
You will still have access to Saol until the end of your current subscription year.
There will be no refunds available or any reimbursement for any unused time period following cancellation by you of your subscription, accidental purchases, change of mind, or realised that there are legitimate reasons why this app is not suitable for you, except in accordance with your statutory rights.
You are not permitted to share any of the content under our terms and conditions by breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your membership and right to use the website/App will cease immediately. We will not be liable for any loss or
damage caused by viruses, a distributed denial-of-service attack or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it. Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the website will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the website will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with the website/App you should report it to us immediately and we will make every effort to resolve this issue.

Accordingly, any actions that you take in relation to a programme should not be pursued regardless or to the exclusion of other information, opinions or judgements that are available to

There are strict member guidelines that will be enforced on our website/app, and all of our spaces within the website/app will be monitored to ensure that the guidelines are being followed. Saol-app is not responsible for the conduct of members on or off of the website/app. Saol-app is not responsible for the conduct of any members should you decide to meet offline or in person. It is your responsibility to interact with other members using caution and foresight. Saol-app does not conduct background-checks of our members.
While we believe that for most people, following our programmes will support your desired results, all programmes depend on the individual. Results will be influenced by the effort and commitment of the individual, however in some circumstances even where an individual follows our programmes, they may not achieve the desired results.
The format and content of the website is protected by Irish and international copyright and we reserve all rights in relation to our copyright This website or any portion of this website/App may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. These conditions are governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The User and Saol-app, agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. The place of performance of this Agreement shall be Ireland.
If you breach these Terms of Use and we decide to take no action or neglect to do so, then we will still be entitled to take action and enforce our rights and remedies for any other breach. We will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms of Use caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We may make changes to the format of the website at any time without notice.
On the 7th Day of your free trial, the payment for the chosen membership will be debited unless cancelled within the trial period before the 7th day. You will then automatically enter the recurring subscription. Please note that it is only one free trial per account. When you cancel during your free trial you will lose access to Saol immediately.
Our annual membership price is €199 per year (This equates to less than €4 per day). Please note this membership is debited annually at €199 and cannot be purchased for monthly €16.50 instalments. This is a recurring subscription.
