Private Digital Hub

Private Space Features

Brand the space your way – utilise your assets, brand colours and company tone of voice to create a space that is unique to your organisation and audience.

This is the social media-style feed within your private space where members can engage directly with one another. Everyone can post within this area, and it is the organisation’s community hub within SAOL.

This is a static, blank canvas style page for you to use – for example, this can be used as a welcome page, your own wellbeing calendar of events, or even an FAQ section for your audience.

Within your space, you can host your own live events. This page highlights all upcoming live events within your space for your space members to RSVP and get involved. Live events can be hosted directly through the platform, which auto-records the content for you to make available as a live event replay for your members.

If you are running a special one-off event that you want to make a big splash about, you can use the “Single Event” feature – this gives your event a standalone page outside of the main schedule of events.

“Courses” is our platform language for a resource/ lesson library. Consider it your own LMS! This is where you can upload on-demand videos, PDFs, webinar replays, audios, create courses, and more!

There are three tiers of access to the Space – For example, those actively engaged in management of the space would be given host access, who can create events, go live in the Space and develop Courses. There is the ability for you to nominate internal moderators too, to monitor activity within the space. Moderators can be given specific accesses on request – i.e. moderators can be granted the ability to create events etc. The final tier is membership level. Members can access content, post in the social feed and partake in all events but cannot create events & courses, or go live in a space. The access tiers can all be renamed to suit your own nomenclature.
