Hi, I’m Bronwyn Barry, Head Wellbeing Consultant at SAOL.

I curate content strategy, lead on-demand classes and webinars, and provide 1:1 support to enhance member wellbeing. With a degree in Nutritional Science and eight years as a certified personal trainer, I specialise in nutritional therapy and functional fitness.

My passion for wellbeing stems from my background as a dancer and aerialist, driving my expertise in behaviour change, stress resilience, and gut health. Let’s work together to create sustainable wellbeing solutions!
