Meet SAOL's Experts & Coaches

Wellbeing Consultant - Saoirse Nash

Hi, I’m Saoirse Nash, wellbeing consultant at SAOL.

I am a women’s health coach, yoga teacher and massage therapist. I’m also a woman who lives with a chronic health condition, endometriosis, so I’m familiar with both sides of the coin when it comes to health!

I’m here to encourage you in your wellness journey with SAOL, by leading on-demand classes, webinars and supporting you 1:1 with any health queries you may have. I like to focus on small, sustainable changes – life is hard enough, so let’s make wellness easier!
